All JTED employees are responsible for submitting an Associate ticket for room set up, as well as an IT ticket if technical support is needed.

Hollow square or rectangle
U-shape
PD Classroom Style
Theater Set-up: Accommodates the most people per area. About 10-13 square feet per person. Appropriate for lectures and keynoters. Note taking cumbersome for audience.
Hollow/Square Set-up: For meetings where hierarchy is not an issue. Excellent for facilitator led meetings. Encourages audience participation. Awkward to use any visuals.
U-Shape Set-up: Encourages collaboration. Center area usable for simulations and role plays. Can be used with or without speaker table.
PD Classroom Set-up: This is the default room set up for Building 2. This configuration accommodates most of the JTED PD events. Utilize as many tables as needed to accommodate 24-42 people, usually 6 people at a table.
