Reserve a Room

This form is for reserving facilities at Pima JTED locations and is only a request. Confirmations will be sent once the room has been booked.

General Information:

The first step in reserving a Pima JTED facility is to fill out the form below. Shortly after submitting this form you will receive information about whether you have been confirmed for the room.

The form will request your desired room set-up. Along with the choices you may decide that you will set up and return the room to its original set-up.

If your request is denied due to another scheduled event you will be personally contacted to select another date or room.
